Tathagata has worked in various capacities across the domains of education, public health, gender, and culture. A rich experience of working closely with marginalised and at-risk children and youth, tribal communities, artisans, and vulnerable artists gives her a solid foundation of being able to bring a nuanced human-centric view. She has led large-scale knowledge management units, developed programme strategies, strengthened process quality, and managed partnerships with national and global organisations. She has a master’s degree in Mass Communication and is a coach trained in the ICF methodology. She has worked with various organizations, including Piramal Foundation, Art Caravan Association, the Great African Caravan, and Kaivalya Education Foundation.
At FIHCR, she heads the Programme Management Office and works closely with the leadership to streamline internal processes and strengthen the organizational strategies.
