Satyajeet is a programme management professional with over eight years of experience across higher education, research, public policy, and the social sector. He currently serves as Programme Manager – Fellowships at FIHCR, where he oversees the organisation’s flagship fellowship programmes and supports a range of research, institutional, and outreach initiatives.

His work spans programme administration, stakeholder engagement, academic coordination, partnership development, and event management. At FIHCR, he has played a key role in managing collaborations with research institutions, universities, and public bodies, while also coordinating high-profile conferences, symposiums, and scholarly engagements involving eminent academics, policymakers, and public leaders.

Before joining FIHCR, Satyajeet worked in the fields of leadership development, education, and grassroots governance, including as a Gandhi Fellow under the NITI Aayog Aspirational Districts Programme. He holds a Master’s degree in History from Lovely Professional University.

An avid traveller with a keen interest in India’s historical and civilisational heritage, Satyajeet has travelled across 19 states and 4 Union Territories. He also writes on Indian history, culture, heritage, and civilisational themes, with published essays including The Unknown Revenge of the Kalinga War, Utkal Dibasa, and Somnath: Reclaiming Memory, History, and Civilisational Continuity.
