She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. With experience in programme coordination, content management, communications, and outreach, Namisha brings a detail-oriented approach, strong organisational skills, and a collaborative spirit to her work.

In her communications role, she contributes to the development of FIHCR’s visual and digital content, through conceptualisation and execution of social media campaigns, creative content, videos, and other digital initiatives.
