Dr. Jappen Oberoi (Head of Research and Projects, FIHCR) signed an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) on behalf of FIHCR with Post Graduate Government College (PGGC-11) on 26 June 2025.
In this picture, Dr. Oberoi is seen holding the MoU with Prof J.K. Sehgal (Principal, PGGC-11). To his right, is the eminent historian, Dr. Benudhar Patra. PGGC-11 was established in 1864 in Lahore. Shifted to Chandigarh in 1953 as one of the first institutes to introduce quality education in North India. FIHCR, through this MoU, looks forward to collaborating with PGGC, the oldest and largest college in Chandigarh with an admirable academic heritage.
