Namisha is the Programme Coordinator for Fellowships, where she supports programme planning and coordination while facilitating effective communication across teams and stakeholders. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.

With experience in content management and outreach, Namisha brings a detail-oriented approach, strong organisational skills, and a collaborative spirit to her work. Passionate about learning and community building, she has a keen interest in Indian history and enjoys exploring the intersections of culture, heritage, and education. 

She is particularly interested in creating and curating content that highlights Indian history, with a special focus on bringing lesser-known historical figures and narratives to wider audiences. Alongside her programme and outreach responsibilities, Namisha contributes to the development of FIHCR’s visual and digital content, including videos and social media creatives.
